Second quoll search in Queensland

Wildlife Queensland's project manager Dr Scott Burnett is about to complete camera-based research into the distribution of the spotted-tailed quoll in the state's south-east Lamington National Park.

To date the cameras have captured a plethora of wildlife, far too many cats, and no quolls. Despite this, Dr Burnett is confident the species still exists in the park as he has collected the animal's distinctive scats.
