30 kilometre devil fence
Scientists are considering building a 30km devil proof fence to protect up to 300 healthy devils on the Woolnorth property in Tasmania's north-west.
The fence is estimated to cost A$1.5m and the suggestion comes amid repeated requests for additional funding into DFTD research and mapping of the devil's genome.
